Returns / Refund Policy

Unfortunately, as coffee is a perishable product, we don’t accept returns and cannot refund a purchase unless there is an issue with the quality of the product and the return is within 7 days of receipt of your order. As coffee preference is personal, we can’t guarantee that each person will enjoy their choice as people have their own tastes. We suggest buying smaller 250g bags first if you are unsure of the flavor of the coffee you are buying.  We also recommend using your beans while fresh, to guarantee the best taste. (Up to 6 months from roast date). We roast our coffee using only high-quality beans and roasting methods, so we believe in the quality of our coffee. In the unlikely event, however, that you find a serious issue with the quality of the coffee that you have received from us please contact us via the contact information on our website and we will arrange a replacement.  Courier costs for exchanges are at the purchasers own cost.

Undelivered Packages

In the case of a package not finding its way to you and being returned to us, we will make every attempt to contact you to arrange for reshipment. You will be notified when this occurs. Should the package remain undelivered or uncollected for a period of 21 days, your package will be sold to defray expenses and your payment forfeited and it will be assumed that you have abandoned your goods.
